Co-Founder
Michael Sarpong, widely known as E-Flex, is a Ghanaian dance educator, choreographer, and pioneer of Azonto. As the founder of Dance 4 Change GH, he is dedicated to preserving and evolving Ghana’s iconic dance culture while empowering communities through movement and education.
E-Flex has taught and performed in over 50 countries, sharing his expertise at institutions such as the University of Education, Winneba (Ghana) and the National University of Singapore. In 2025, he was recognized as Best Dancer of the Year at the Ghana Dance Awards.
Committed to social impact, he founded the “Ghetto Studio”, a free training space supporting youth and encouraging education through dance. E-Flex has also served as head choreographer for the All African Games opening and closing ceremonies, collaborated with 70+ international artists, choreographed 18 TV commercials, and represents brands including African Dance Dictionary, Unichem Ghana, and Bigoo Drinks.

Mista Lionel
Co-Founder
Lionel Vero, born in French Guiana, is an internationally recognized dancer, choreographer, and educator specializing in Afro and urban dance styles. Dancing since the age of six, he developed a deep passion for both traditional African dances and urban forms such as Dancehall, Coupé-Décalé, N’dombolo, Kuduro, Azonto, and Amapiano.
A self-taught Dancehall artist with strong foundations in hip-hop and reggaeton, Lionel has built a unique and versatile style that has taken him to stages around the world. He has collaborated with major artists including Nicki Jam, Daddy Yankee, Maitre Gims, Yemi Alade, Vegedream, MHD, and Papa Wemba, among many others.
Lionel is also the creator of several influential projects such as Afro IAM (International Afro Master), the Paris Afro Dance Festival, the Fuzao fitness/dance concept, and the Invictus Crew, which appeared on France’s Got Talent and World of Dance. He teaches regularly in leading Paris dance studios and internationally.


Jay-C Val
Co-Founder & CEO
Jay-C Val (JC Valentin Tchanque) is a multidisciplinary dancer, choreographer, and artist originally from Cameroon and based in France. Deeply rooted in African culture, he specializes in urban dance styles including African street dances and Dancehall, developing a unique choreographic universe that is constantly evolving.
A passionate performer and teacher, Jay-C has traveled worldwide sharing his energy and love for dance through workshops, competitions, and creative projects. He is a member of Allin Dance Crew, Invictus Crew, and DancehallFunk Crew. With Allin Dance Crew, he became France Champion and World semifinalist at Hip Hop International (2016), France Champion at World of Dance (2017), and finalist of France’s Got Talent (2017).
Jay-C is also the CEO of Ghana Dance Kamp, an immersive cultural and dance experience held annually in Accra, Ghana. Beyond dance, he is also a singer, creating music inspired by Afro, pop, dancehall, and reggaeton, with the goal of spreading values of love, respect, gratitude, and self-confidence.
